A comprehensive assessment and a detailed report offering recommendations with regards to:
MNC liaise with other health professionals and service providers when required. This includes Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and Podiatry/Orthotics in order to provide a multi-disciplinary service and integrated approach to rehabilitation.
MNC staff attend multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings to help formulate treatment and care plans.
Progress is regularly reviewed and treatment plans/goals adapted and progressed accordingly.
