Catherine loves to dance, ski and horse ride, her passion for exercise has led her to start an exercise class for patients incorporating the Bobath concept with yoga, pilates and feldenkrais.
Catherine has a special interest in paediatrics. She has treated children over the last few years but has decided to go with her passion and deepen her understanding and knowledge of Paediatrics.
She has carried out voluntary work in a special school and has visited children’s charities such as Brainwave and Rainbow house to broaden her experience. Where possible Catherine works closely with the teaching and support staff at the child’s school to ensure that the goals set in therapy are reinforced at school.
In December 2011 Catherine visited the Bobath Centre in London to complete a course in "childhood hemiplegia". She has started to build up her case load of paediatrics within the clinic.
